Gayle Korn, 79, of Hobe Sound, Florida, passed away on March 24, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family.

Born in Buchanan, Michigan, he had been a resident of Hobe Sound for 8 months, coming from Winter Haven, Florida.

Prior to retiring, he was a self-employed diesel mechanic and owner of Universal Repair.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lyle and Bernice Korn, his sister Donna Shafer, and his son Kevin Korn.

Survivors include his wife, Joan of Hobe Sound, daughter Melissa (Kurt) Osborne of Owensboro, Kentucky, and his grandsons Spencer and Carter

Osborne of Owensboro, Kentucky.

Gayle enjoyed spending his time at "happy hour" with family and friends and his little furry girl, Lily.

His favorite TV shows were "American Pickers", "Pawn Stars" and "Storage Wars".  He loved tinkering in his workshop at home and loved going for golf cart rides with his wife and his "Fur Baby" Lily.
