George G. Dembeck, 90, of Hobe Sound, Florida, passed away Monday, July 11, 2016 at his home.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, he had been a resident of Hobe Sound for eighteen years, coming from Lansing, Michigan.

He was "One of the Few, the Proud", a United States Marine.

Survivors include his beloved wife of thirty-seven years, Barbara Dembeck of Hobe Sound; three sons, Daryl Dembeck and his wife Wei of Hobe Sound, Jeff Dembeck and his wife, Brandi of Stuart, Florida, and Joe Dembeck and his wife, Lauren of Bluffton, South Carolina; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded is death by his son, Gregory Dembeck.

A Celebration of His Life will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at one o'clock in the afternoon in the Chapel of the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, Florida 34994.
