George J. Neelan, 81, of Jensen Beach, Florida passed away peacefully on May 8, 2020.

Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he had recently moved to Jensen Beach from Allison Park, PA with his belated wife Elizabeth L. Santone-Neelan.  George was lovingly known to all his friends and family as "Gee".

Gee was the son of Edward and Hazel (Sasse) Neelan, brother to the late Mary Ella Boyle and best friend of Richard "Red" Mack (Jean); father of John Dieterle (Terry); stepfather to Gina M. Cahall (David T.), Betsi Santone (Adam Craig) and grandfather to David M. Cahall (Brooke).

Gee was a well known presence in his community and leaves behind many friends.  He loved people and to him everyone was "Cousin".  Gee was an Army Veteran.  He worked for Pepsi Cola as a driver/salesman for 35 years.  He was inducted into the Hampton High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2017 for football.

There will be no memorial service at this time.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Gee will join us in spirit because he wouldn't miss it for the world.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home, Stuart.
