Gerald Fitzsimons, 77, of Indiantown, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at his home.

Born in Queens, New York, he had been a resident of Indiantown for 16 years, coming from Long Island, New York.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Alice of Indiantown; four sons, Gerald Fitzsimmons, Jr. and his wife, Janice of Long Island, New York, Steven Fitzsimons and his wife, Flor of Long Island, Michael Fitzsimons and his wife, Suzanne of Long Island, and Douglas Fitzsimons and his wife, Ashley, also of Long Island;  two sisters, Karen Gisondi of Ocala, Florida, and Mary Doerr of Middletown, New York; and grandchildren, Garrett, Andrew, Kenny, Thomas, Aiden, Brandon, Shayna, Addison, Zacharie,  and Samantha.
