Gloria Louise Lenker Benigno was born in Port Carbon, Pennsylvania on September 24, 1925.

Her parents, Rebecca and Mahlon Lenker and her two sisters moved to the Fairview section of Camden, New Jersey where she resided most of her childhood. She graduated from Camden High School.

She worked as a Secretarial Supervisor at Wyeth Labs and later transferred to Shell Chemical until 1974.

On Sunday, December 13, 2020 Gloria passed away at the age of 95 at Trustbridge Hospice in Jupiter, FL.

Gloria leaves behind to cherish memories her beloved sister, Virginia Pedrick, her loving stepchildren Annette Lyons, Michael Benigno, son-in-law, John Murphy, II (wife Linda), nine adored grandchildren: John Murphy III (wife Melanie), Thomas Murphy (wife Marianne), Jack Benigno, Therese Benigno, Chris Benigno (Melissa), Sharon Rieck (Mark), Michelle Clarke (Mark) Derek Benigno (wife Shelby) and Stacey Benigno; nieces: Janice Lapinski (husband Paul), Diane Girtain (husband Ed) nephew: Mark Wallace (wife Joanne) and 13 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Benigno, her beloved daughters, Jeanette Benigno, and Louise Murphy and her sister Evelyn Berry.

A memorial service will take place on Tuesday,

December 29, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home (outdoor service) 950 SE Monterey Road in Stuart, Florida.
