November 30, 1949 – January 10, 2025
Henry Terrell "Terry" Abercrombie, 75, of Fort Pierce, Florida, passed away on January 10, 2025 at Treasure Coast Hospice House.
He was born in Winter Haven, Florida and had been a resident of Fort Pierce since 1957. During the Vietnam War he served in the US Army. He was the owner of H.T. Abercrombie Trucking, worked as a USDA inspector, and in the citrus harvesting industry for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and drinking a cold beer with his family and friends.
Survivors include his daughter Tonya Scavuzzo; son Toby (Kelly) Abercrombie, Aaron (Chrystal) Netherton; grandsons: Austin Abercrombie, Justin Abercrombie, Nicholas Scavuzzo, Hunter Netherton; granddaughters: Sydney (Pierce) Halleran, Lyndsey Scavuzzo, Haylee (Samuel) Adams: great-grandsons: Marshall Halleran and Clayton Abercrombie; and brother Derrell (Jody) Abercrombie
He was preceded in death by his wife Deborah Abercrombie, parents Henry & Gloria Abercrombie, brothers: Larry, Timmy, and Gary Abercrombie, and son in-law Charlie Scavuzzo.
