James Edward Israel, 72, of Vero Beach, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Stuart, Florida.

Born in West Palm Beach, Florida, he had been a resident of Boca Raton, Florida, for 45 years, until recently moving to Vero Beach.

He honorably served his country as a member of the United States Air Force.

Jim was an Accountant and the owner/operator of Total Business Solutions, Inc. in Deerfield Beach, Florida for 25 years.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 45 years, Lyttie E. Israel of Vero Beach; three sons, Mark A. Israel of Hollywood, Florida, Jeffrey L. Israel and Scott A. Israel, both of Vero Beach; one brother, Thomas Israel and his wife, Leigh of Plantation, Florida; and two sisters, Janet Breslow and her husband, Boyd of Delray Beach, Florida and Carol Durham and her husband, Mike of Wake Forest, North Carolina.

A Graveside Service with Military Honors and Presentation of the Flag will take place on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 11:00 am at the South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 South State Road #7, Lake Worth, Florida 33449.
