James J Rondinelli resident of Stuart Florida passed away on June 10, 2022 at age 67.  Jim was currently the Director of Food and Beverage for Sandhill Cove Retirement Living in Palm City, Florida.

Jim was born on September 8, 1954 to parents Joseph A. Rondinelli and Helen R [Demain] Rondinelli [deceased] in Youngstown Ohio.   He is survived by his younger brother,Joseph A Rondinelli of Boston Massachusetts.

In 1982 Jim moved to Boston and began his culinary journey, first as an apprentice with European Chefs from Copenhagen and then as a Sous Chef at the restaurant Aujord' Hui in the Four Seasons Hotel.

Starting in the late 1980's through the 1990's Jim's culinary skills continued to evolve as a working chef for a variety of inns and restaurants throughout New England.

By the late 1990's Jim's culinary focus turned to senior living communities first as an Executive Chef and then as the Director of Food and Beverage.  He enjoyed those roles in Boston, Houston and for the past 9 years in Florida.

Jim is remembered for the passion he had for cooking and his belief that sharing a meal together is one of life's basic joys.  His culinary talents were complimented with his ability as a manager and the belief in the importance of team building.   Jim enjoyed and valued mentoring his younger staff and interacting with the residents of the communities he served.
