James Ulmer, 92, of Jensen Beach, Florida passed away on May 3, 2023 at home.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he had been a resident of Jensen Beach for 10 years coming from New Jersey.

Prior to retiring, he owned a dental lab.

During the Korean War and Vietnam, he served in the the the US Navy for 23 years, attaining the rank for Lieutenant Commander.

Survivors include his wife Dorothy; sons, Tom, James Jr., and Frank and his daughter, Catherine Ulmer.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Frederick.
