Jane Christine Nouhan (Janie) age 80 of Fort Pierce, Florida, passed away peacefully on Aug 31st, 2020 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Janie was born a coal miner's daughter September 11th, 1939 in Thomas, West Virginia to Nicola and Blanche Presutti. She graduated from Holy Cross. Janie met the love of her life George Nouhan and they wed December 20, 1983. Jane wore many hats throughout her lifetime. She was a bookkeeper in the restaurant industry and retired from H&S Citrus. Janie was devoted to her family. Her love and compassion were her trademarks. She was active in her church and was always the life of the party wherever she went. Her sense of humor and storytelling talents drew people near her everywhere. Janie loved playing cards, attending plays and listening to music. Her true passion was her family though.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved sons Frederick A Marsden and Douglas E Marsden, her sister Antonia(Toni) Sharpe, her brothers Nicola (Nick) Presutti and Patrick Presutti. Janie is survived by her loving husband Geroge Nouhan, her children Angela (Melissa Benedict) Chavez and Cathy Marsden, her step children Michael Nouhan and Michelynn Maeder, her grandchildren Christina (Christopher) Southwell, Bryan (Tea) Marsden, Rachel (Ryan Plese) Chavez, Megan (Havard) Sandnes and Emilio (Axel Torres) Chavez, 14 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and many other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please direct any donations to the Make A Wish Foundation as Janie spent time volunteering in that organization. Children are dear to her heart.

Due to Covid limitations and restrictions, only immediate family is permitted at the service.
