Janet A. Barnhart, 77 of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away March 27, 2017 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Fort Pierce, FL.
Born July 1, 1939 in Monessen, PA she was the daughter of Kenneth and Ann McGee. She has resided in PSL for 20 years, coming from Pittsburgh area.
Janet had worked for DDI, Inc in Pittsburgh as a facility administrator. Prior to that, she had owned I'm On Call, an engineering support business.
She was Lutheran, a member of King's Isle Bingo Club and she enjoyed traveling.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, "Tom" Donald T. Barnhart; sister, Kathy Spangler of Pinehurst, NC; and several nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth R. McGee.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Janet's name may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 5090 Dunn Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34981.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be at 1 PM, April 3, 2017 at Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home in Stuart.
