Jean Lynn Holcomb, 68, died Wednesday, January 01, 2014, at her home in Hobe Sound, Florida.
She was born on June 7, 1945 to Adolph and Helen Greenwald in Chicago, Illinois. Jean grew up in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, and moved to Florida in 1972, living in Hobe Sound, since 2001.
She leaves behind her beloved husband of 34 years, Jerry Holcomb; her sons, James, Matthew, and Daniel Strauss, all of Stuart; and her grandchildren, Alana and Evalynn Strauss, and Sydni and Isaac Strauss. She is also survived by her brother, Joseph Greenwald, and his wife, Linda, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; her sister, Marsha Friedman, and her husband, Freddy, of Gainesville, Georgia; and her nephews and niece, Aaron Greenwald, David Ransel, and Dina Barrere.
