John Deslauriers, 86, of Port Saint Lucie, FL, passed away at his home on December 6th, 2023. He spent his last weeks surrounded by those who loved him. John was born in Montreal Canada; he was a Florida resident for nearly 60 years. Prior to retiring, he owned several businesses, including a successful pest control company. John is survived by his loving wife Barbara, daughter Manon, Stepchildren Bobby, Johnny, his wife Melissa, Billy, and Michelle. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his first wife Lise. He loved his daily golf cart rides with his dog Snoopy. He rarely missed a Florida Panthers hockey game. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, RVing, boating, fishing, and a good scotch. His favorite memories included summers at his home on Lake Tansi in Crossville, TN, where he cruised the lake on his pontoon boat trying to catch his limit of perch. He abided by his favorite motto 'It's 5:00 somewhere'.
