Jeanne Louise Evans passed away peacefully on the 6 th of May at the age of 74, surrounded by family, friends, and caregivers in Hobe Sound, FL.
Jeanne was born on November 14, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland and spent her childhood in Bel Air, Maryland. Jeanne held Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nursing from the Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Baltimore, Maryland and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill respectively.
Jeanne married Donald E. Noble, M.D., of Churchville, Maryland in 1975 and they had two children, Robyn and Kirk. The family eventually settled in Stuart, FL in 1981 following Dr. Noble's service as a Physician in the U.S. Army stationed in Landstuhl, Germany.
Surviving Jeanne are her children and their (spouses): Robyn Nunn (Keith) and Kirk Noble (Lauren), her 5 grandchildren, her sisters: Dona Cannon, Alice Heisler and Clair Smith, her brothers: Michael Murphy and Raymond Murphy. She was predeceased by her mother Marie Murphy, father Donald Eugene Murphy, her sister Eileen Miles and her second husband Frank Evans.
Jeanne treasured her family and friends. Her family would like to especially thank all who became her friends and caregivers in her later years- with a special thank you to Bernie Neuber.
Jeanne is remembered for her giving personality, selfless devotion to her friends and family, competitive tennis matches, crazy dance moves, and exquisite sewing skills.
A private memorial service will be held for Jeanne Evans on July 30 th at 10:30am at St. Christopher Church, 12001 SE Federal Hwy, Hobe Sound, FL.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeanne's name can be made to the Alzheimer's Association at https://www.alz.org
Arrangements are under the direction of the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home, Stuart. There is an online registry at: www.treasurecoastseawinds.com .
