Jeffrey G. Cummings, 58, of Stuart, Florida, passed away on August 18, 2019 at his home.

Born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, he had been a resident of Stuart for 45 years coming from Fort Lauderdale.

He had been a Marine Engineer with the Merchant Marine.

Survivors include his beloved wife Janet Stevens-Cummings of Stuart and her daughter and grandchildren; his mother, Jill Cummings of Stuart; his sons, Daniel Cummings and his wife Jeramie Stack of Corbin, KY and Clayton Roth and his wife Brandy of Stuart; his daughter Kendralyn Ruth of Stuart; his sister, Jean Huffman and her husband Scott of Stuart; his grandchildren, Emma Cummings of Corbin, KY and Skylar Ruth of Stuart; his niece, Aubrey Huffman of Stuart and many friends. We all will miss his loving smile, quick wit, and willingness to help anyone. As most of us know, some of his humor kept him in Facebook Jail. To know him was to love him.

There will be a Celebration of Jeff's life at 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 24, 201 at Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home, Stuart.
