Jerry Don O'Connell, 68, of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at J F K Medical Center in Atlantis, FL.
He was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas and moved to Brick Township, NJ, as a child. He resided there until moving to Port St. Lucie in 1988.
Jerry retired from Publix as a meat cutter. He had also worked as a chef in NJ.
Jerry was a Christian.
He was a loving father and Pop Pop.
Jerry liked to cook, he relaxed by going to the beach and he enjoyed watching football, especially the Dallas Cowboys.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara O'Connell; son, Jason Russell O'Connell and his wife, Melissa; daughter, Tracy Lynn O'Connell and her fianc, Ronnie Hart; grandchildren, Kayden, Hailey, Jordan and Jenna.
Jerry was preceded in death by his first wife, Karen O'Connell.
