John A. Anastasi, 76, of Stuart, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at the Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

Born in Providence, Rhode Island, he had been a Florida resident for 32 years, coming from Rhode Island.

He graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Providence with a Bachelors Degree in Naval Architecture.  Prior to his retirement he was a marine carpenter.

John honorably served his country as a member of the United States Navy.

Survivors include his son Christopher Anastasi and his wife, Sara of Jensen Beach, Florida; his daughter, Nicole Anastasi of Rhode Island; his longtime companion, Marianne Miller of Jensen Beach; and his two grandchildren, Josiah and Ava.

Services and Interment will be private at the convenience of the family from the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory of Stuart.
