John Robert "Bob" Hedman's Obituary
John Robert Hedman, 83, of Stuart, Florida, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016 at the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Stuart.
Affectionately known as "Bob", he was born in Jefferson, New York, and had been a resident of Stuart for nineteen years, coming from upstate New York.
He honorably served his Country as one of "the Proud, the Few", a United States Marine.
He was a member of Peace Presbyterian Church in Stuart.
Survivors include his beloved wife of fifty-nine years, Doris K. Hedman of Stuart; two daughters, Karen Smith and her husband, Mike of Hobe Sound, Florida, and Donna Hedman of Lantana, Florida; and three grandchildren, Michael, Jonah, and Bailey.
Services will be at the convenience of the family from the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory of Stuart.
Contributions as a Memorial may be made to Peace Presbyterian Church, 4881 SE Cove Road, Stuart, Florida 34997.
