John Leonard Kukuvka, 57, of Palm City, FL passed away peacefully after a valiant battle with cancer.

He is survived by his parents John and Mary Kukuvka, beloved sons Matthew and Joshua Kukuvka, his siblings Kathryn (Daniel) Morland-Bleier, Juliann (Josh) Sebastiani and Joseph Kukuvka. Host of nieces and nephews include : Jessi, Kristen (John's God Child), Lena, John, Tyler, Katlyn and a Great niece  Adalynn
