John "Tim" Edwards of Jensen Beach, Florida, passed peacefully, after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family on November 28, 2015, at the age of 69 years.

Beloved husband of Paula J. (Davis) Edwards of 43 years. Devoted father of John and wife, Danielle of Newburyport, Massachusetts and Corey and wife, Anne Marie of Newport Beach, California. Loving "Grampa" of Samantha, Alexis, Jack and John Edwards.

Tim was born on November 13, 1946 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, one of four children of Dortha and the the late John E. "Jack" Edwards of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Devoted brother of Merlene Young and husband, Ed of Montoursville, Pennsylvania, Nancy Nocifora and husband, Sal of Fort Lauderdale and Gail Isaksen and husband, John of Melbourne, Florida. Also survived by niece, Jennifer Townsley and nephew, John Isaksen.

A graduate of Fort Lauderdale High School (Class of 1965) and Broward Community College, Tim was a United States Air Force veteran and recreational pilot. A resident of Melrose, Massachusetts (1978 -2015), Tim was honored for his active involvement in Melrose Youth Hockey and American Little League Baseball. Tim's working career spanned some fifty years of homebuilding throughout New England and South Florida, culminating in the ownership of Distinctive Modular Home Builders, Brimfield, Massachusetts.

A Private Service will be held in Jensen Beach where he recently retired.
