Joseph Anthony Telese, Sr., 85, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, passed away on Monday, March 19, 2018 at his home.

Affectionately known as Joe, he was born in Brooklyn, New York and had been a resident of Port Saint Lucie for 32 years, coming from Long Island, New York.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 62 years, Johanna Telese of Port Saint Lucie; his three children, Linda Roesemann and her husband, Billy of Fort Pierce, Florida, Joseph Telese, Jr. and his wife, Cathy of Port Saint Lucie, and Donna Telese Genter of Port Saint Lucie; 7 grandchildren, Tricia, Laura, Charlene, Angela, Brian, Bradley, and Brandon; and 6 great-grandchildren, Mariah, Gianna, Giovanni, Jeremiah, Beau, and Vincenzo.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Bernadette Catholic Church, 350 NW California Boulevard, Port Saint Lucie at 11:00 am on Friday, May 18, 2018. Immediately following family and friends are invited to a Celebration of His Life at the Hilton Garden Inn at PGA Village, 8540 Commerce Centre Drive, Port Saint Lucie, where appetizers and beverage will be served.
