Joseph J. Michaloski, 62, of Hobe Sound, Florida passed away on Christmas Day 2020 at the Treasure Coast hospice House in Stuart, Florida.

Born in Stanfordville, New York he had been a Florida resident for 30 years, coming from New York.

He graduated from Pine Plains High School in Pine Plains, New York, Class of 1977, and was a volunteer fireman for the Stanfordville Fire Department.

Joe honorably serviced his country as a member of the United States Navy for more than 15 years. He was a Certified Chef and had been employed by Pietro's on the River on South Hutchinson Island, Florida and was a gifted Tile Installer working with his brother.  Joe also served as a Board Member for the Sea Breeze Mobile Manor in Hobe Sound, where he was a resident.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lauren Michaloski; his parents, John and Dolores (nee Reeder) Michaloski; his sister Laura Michaloski; his brother Bruce Michaloski; and his favorite canine companion, "Aurora".

Survivors include his wife of 13 years, Tammi Michaloski of Hobe Sound; two sisters, Lois Eckhardt and her husband, Tim of Hobe Sound and Linda Routhier also of Hobe Sound; his brother, Robert Michaloski and his wife, Beth of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; two sons, Jon Humberstone of Tallahassee, Florida, and Greg Humberstone of Port Saint Lucie; his grandson Maverick; his aunt, Margaret Michaloski of Poughkeepsie, New York; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services and Interment will be private at the convenience of the family from the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory of Stuart.
