It is with great sadness that the family of Frank Joseph Stastny III, announces his passing after a brief illness at home, on Saturday May 7, 2012 at the age of 70. Frank will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 12 years, Jacqueline his children Thomas Stastny, James Stastny & wife Nikole, granddaughter Lauren, a brother Thomas Stastny and wife Arlene, and his beloved mother Mildred.
Frank was an avid sportsman who loved the outdoors and was most happy when he was "tromping around in the woods". Along with his passion for nature he also loved to travel and experience the great joys of fine dining and good wine with his wife Jacqueline.
Frank had a long career in the Insurance Industry where he was able to touch the lives of numerous clients with whom he held a lifetime relationship. He also was a mentor to many colleagues with whom he held close relationships with.
His favorite saying in life was "Do not go where the path may lead but, instead go where there is no path and leave a trail" this describes not only his personal attitude but his business attitude as well. His sharp wit, love and gift of humor will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
There will be no formal public services for Frank as this was his wish. Those who wish to honor him may plant a tree or flower in his memory. His family wishes to thank you all for the many kind words and expressions of encouragement.
Arrangements are entrusted to Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory, Family Owned & Operated, Stuart, FL.
