Joyce Etta Farrell, 89 of Jensen Beach, Florida, passed away, Tuesday, August, 9 2016 at the Brookdale of Jensen Beach.
Born in Long Branch, NJ, she had been a resident of Jensen Beach since 1975, coming from Middletown, NJ.
Joyce and her late husband Sam, owned and operated Joyce's Subs in Lincroft, NJ from 1964-78.
She was a member of the Elks Lodge #1870 in Stuart and was an avid Mahjong player.
Survivors include her son, David Farrell and his wife, Susan of Jensen Beach; one brother, Barry Ayers; two grandchildren, Sandra and David Jr.; and four great-grandchildren, Kyle, Piper, Rayna, and Irish.
A Celebration of Her Life will be held Friday, August 12, 2016 at 5:30 pm in the Chapel of the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart.
Contributions as a memorial may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
