Judy Ann Howser, 58, of Palm City, Florida, died Sunday, January 19, 2014 at her home.

Born in Seattle, Washington, she had been a resident of Palm City for 12 years, coming from Silver Spring, Maryland.

She was the owner of Room for Change, an interior decorating business at the time of her death and was a member of the Covenant Fellowship Baptist Church in Stuart, Florida.

She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Mark F. Desrosier, of Palm City; her daughter, Jillian H. Desrosier, of Palm City; and her brother, Craig Howser, of Austin, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy Howser, and Margaret Slanhoff.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 6:00 PM at the Covenant Fellowship Baptist Church, 2880 SE Aster Lane, Stuart, with Pastor Matt Price, officiating.

In Lieu of Flowers, the family asks that memorial gifts to be made to the Covenant Fellowship Baptist Church (Building Fund), or to a Charity of the Donor's Choice.
