Julius "Bill" Aronson, 96 of Stuart, Florida, passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Stuart.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he had been a "snowbird" since 2001 until permanently moving to Stuart from West Roxbury, Massachusetts, one year ago.

A Veteran of World War II, he honorably served in the United States Navy.

Prior to retirement, he was the owner and operator of A-1 Floors in West Roxbury for 35 years.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 54 years, Phyllis J. Aronson of Stuart; and three sons, Richard Aronson of Orlando, Florida, Jeffrey Aronson of Quincy, Massachusetts, and Ronald Aronson of New Orleans, Louisiana.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Linda Aronson Johnson.

Services and Interment will be private at the convenience of the family from the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, Florida.
