June Rose of Port Saint Lucie passed peacefully on Tuesday December 7, 2021 at Treasure Coast Hospice. Born June 28, 1932 in Woburn, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Ernest and Florence Belfant of Stoneham, Massachusetts. June married her late husband Kenneth Nilsson in 1953 in Stoneham, Massachusetts. June lived in various coastal cities due to her husband's career in the United States Navy. June was a wonderful homemaker. She was part owner of a yarn shop and and worked in retail stores in Saratoga Springs, New York where she and her husband retired. June was a gifted quilter and seamstress. She loved using her gifts to give to others and was a willing teacher. Survivors in clued her brother, Ernest Belfante of St. Petersburg, Florida, a son, Robert Nilsson, and her daughters, Linda Romero of Port Saint Lucie, Fl, Nancy Nilsson of Port Saint Lucie, Fl, and Elaine Nilsson of Suffolk, Virginia.
