Our sister, Karen Louise Schlosser, was born on January 22, 1957. She went to be with our Lord on January 3, 2025, she was 67. Karen was kind and loving to those who took the time to know her. She was born in New Haven, CT, and spent most of her early years in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, where she attended school. She grew up with a family of 6 brothers and sisters and her mother who all loved her dearly. She was a beautiful baby and a sweet little girl. We were so proud of her when after graduating from Palm Beach Gardens High School, she went on to earn her degree in Occupational Therapy. She was a caretaker for many people over the years, traveling sometimes to do so, and always allowing her kind spirit to shine through.

Though she never had children, she fostered many "fur babies" over the years. She took great delight in having a companion or two to greet her when she came home from work. She also had a vast collection of ceramic dolls and more recently collected gnome figurines. Karen also enjoyed shopping and watching a variety of television shows, especially the ones that made her laugh. Continuing with her loving spirit, Karen also provided a home for our mother for several years until her passing in 2015.

Karen was preceded in death by her mother Charlotte Elizabeth Donovan Schlosser, her brother, Mark Schlosser, and her great-nephew Brandon Morgan. She is now with them, out of pain, and leaves behind her 3 sisters, Barbara Morgan, Jan Naclerio, and Joan Evans, 2 brothers, Michael Schlosser and James Schlosser, and several nieces and nephews. We were blessed to know her and will miss her for the rest of our days.
