Kathleen "Kathy" E. Salerno, 65 of Stuart, FL passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart.

Born July 7, 1953 in Michigan, she was the daughter of James and Elizabeth Williams.

Kathy was a former teacher for Okeechobee School District, had worked for Martin Health Systems as a mammography technician and worked for Triple AAA as a receptionist.

Kathy was a loving and giving person.   In her retirement she had volunteered in pastoral care for Martin Medical Center.

She loved music.  Along with her husband of 22 years, Filadelfio, the two would sing for family and friends both in the United States and Italy.  The couple also enjoyed cruising the Caribbean.

Kathy had a passion for writing and had written romance novels and articles for magazines.
