Kathryn Ellison was 58 and died peacefully with family and friends at her side at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart.

Kathryn was a lover of life. She had a smile that lit up the world. She was a profound mentor to many, as well as a mental health and animal welfare advocate. She worked as a Health Guide for Magellan Health Care where she dedicated her life to helping others. She was passionate about loving her daughter, her family, her friends, and her pets. Kathryn touched so many lives and will be greatly missed. Kathryn leaves behind her daughter Sophie McMillan and her grandchild Arlo Wallace McMillan and one heck of a lot of freinds.
