Kathryn "Kate" Abercrombie Ford, 87, of Stuart, FL, formerly of Revloc, PA, died March 22, 2015, in Stuart.

She was born August 27, 1927, in Revloc, the daughter of John L. and Elizabeth (Miller) Abercrombie. She married Paul L. Ford, Jr., on June 3, 1950, in Revloc. He died on July 30, 1998. Also preceded in death by parents; brothers, Robert and Alex Abercrombie; sisters, Elizabeth Abercrombie and Polly (Abercrombie) Gabin; sisters-in-law, Ethel (Ford) Hagener and Grace (Landwehr) Abercrombie; brother-in-law, Joseph Gabin; niece Deborah (Novak) Benedict; and nephew Paul Novak.

Survived by daughter, Paula Ford, and husband, Craig J. Cameron, of Altoona, PA; son, David P. Ford, and wife, Kimberly (Kimmins) Ford, of Savannah, GA; granddaughters, Kristen (Ford) Quinn and husband Peter Quinn, Norfolk, VA; Britney (Ford) Gordon, and husband, Kyle Gordon, Perry, GA; and Jessica Ford Cameron, Tyrone, PA; and sister-in-law, Nancy (Ford) McMullen and husband, Paul McMullen, Renfrew, PA. Also survived by great grandchildren: Warner, Andersen, and Adelyn Quinn; Cassidy Walker; and Brady and Kylee Gordon; nephews, Robert Abercrombie, Rev. John Gabin, Andrew Gabin, and Arthur Benedict; nieces, Nancy Abercrombie, Kelly (McMullen) Fitzmaurice, Kim (McMullen) Morgan, and Kerrie (McMullen) Dease.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The family prefers memorial donations to Kate's church: Peace Presbyterian Church, 4881 SE Cove Rd., Stuart, FL 34997.
