Port St. Lucie- Kevin Thomas Walker, 47, died suddenly January 6, 2018 at his home.

Originally from Long Island New York and Wilmington NC, son of Fred and Cheryl Walker of Stuart, Florida.

He is survived by his wife Jan, two sons, Gavin Walker of Port St. Lucie and Challen Troll of Wilmington, NC, two step-daughters Clair Rowe of Burlington, NC and Cassie Carlton and husband Taylor of Virginia, 2 granddaughters Millie Marie and Brinkley Forbes, a brother Michael Walker of Stuart, Fl and sister Kristin Walker of Wilmington, NC,  two nephews Aidan and Isaiah Lubben.

Kevin had an adventurous spirit and loved fishing, spending time on the water, riding his dirt bike and even though a tragic accident took his leg in November of 2015 he was  a loving, brave and determined  man until the end.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Martin County Sherrifs Department Crisis Intervention Fund 800 SE Monterey Road Stuart, Florida 34994 in honor of the men and women who saved his life on that November day.

A memorial service will be held Friday January 12 ^th at 10am at Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home 950 SE Monterey Road Stuart, Florida 34994
