Lana Jean Kendall, 65, passed away August 14, 2014 in Stuart, FL. Born in West Point, GA, Lana lived in Port St. Lucie for the past 38 years. After graduating from Valley High in Alabama, she attended Auburn University, then Northwest Florida, earning her Bachelor's Degree. Lana worked as a highly respected paralegal for several law firms. With her husband, she also served in leadership positions for local and state ski clubs, organizing and partaking in ski adventures across the globe. Lana had a gift for making her friends feel special. One close friend remarked, "I always felt that I was Lana's best friend. But over time, I came to realize that each of Lana's many friends felt that they were the special one. That was Lana's unique gift making each of us feel close and special." Survivors include her husband Robert L Kendall Sr., stepson Robert L Kendall Jr., granddaughters Brianna Johnson, Courtney Scott, Suzanne Faye Kendall and countless friends.
