Our precious baby boy Landen Jax Summerford was born on June 16, 2013, Father's Day. And then was welcomed by the angels in heaven on Thursday August 29, 2013 at 9:47pm.
He leaves behind a special place in the hearts of his parents Angie Loundon and Chad Sunmmerford and brother Riley Summerford, age 5.
Blessed with strength and determination, Landen touched the lives of all the doctors and nurses who cared for him. His lullaby will play on in our hearts forever. Although our time with Landen was cut short, his memory will be everlasting. From the tips of your fingers to your tippy toes, may you always feel the love of monmy and daddy. We love you our sweet strong baby boy.
