Larry Thomas Swing's Obituary
Larry T. Swing, 68, of Palm City, Florida, died suddenly, Saturday, January 4, 2014 at his home.
Born in Fayetteville, Tennessee, he had been a resident of Palm City for seven years, coming from Connecticut, to enjoy golf, bowling, and bridge.
Larry was a Veteran, serving his Country for ten years in the United States Air Force.
He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Mississippi.
Larry was a dedicated Southeast Conference football fan, and an avid golfer, and accomplished bowler with five "300" perfect games.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 48 years, Sally E. Swing, of Palm City; one son, Peter B. Swing, of Palm City; two daughters, Patricia A. Kott, of Baldwinsville, New York, and Alicia M. Merza, of East Hartford, Connecticut; and five grandchildren.
A Service to Celebrate His Life will be held Wednesday, January 8, 2014 from 4-6:00 pm at the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, Florida 34994, where Military Honors and Presentation of the Flag by the United States Air Force Honor Guard will commence at 5:30 pm.
