Leatrice Joy Currier's Obituary
Leatrice Joy Currier, 79, of Stuart, Florida, died Thursday, September 11, 2014 at the Salerno Bay Manor, in Stuart.
Born in Asheville, North Carolina, she had been a resident of Stuart for three years, coming from Hobe Sound, where she was an active volunteer with the Relay for Life of Hobe Sound, and also volunteered for Safe Space of the Treasure Coast.
She is survived by her daughter, Bambi G. Smelser, and her husband, John, of Baltimore, Maryland; two grandchildren, Tina, and Adam Smelser; and one great-granddaughter, Brianna Smelser.
Services and Interment will be private at the convenience of the family from the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory of Stuart.
Contributions as a Memorial may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE. Indian Street, Stuart.
