Lena M. Baran born April 4, 1919 to Andre and Anastasia Silvanic passed away peacefully at home on November 14, 2017, in Stuart, FL, at the age of 98.

Born and raised in Akron, OH, she was united in marriage to John A. Baran in September of 1940. To this happy and blessed union of 77 years, three children were born, Patricia, John and James. Mrs. Baran was predeceased in death by her son, John.

Lena's life was filled with music and song and she was the life of every party. Her infectious smile could light up any room and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She leaves to mourn her loss, her devoted husband, John, daughter, Patricia, son, James, 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm, with a Prayer Service at 2:30 pm at the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home in Stuart, FL. All are welcome to join us to celebrate Lena's life.
