Lester W. Bump, 39, of Hobe Sound, FL, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on
the evening of Monday, April 8, 2019 after a tragic accident. Lester was born in
Colorado Springs, CO on December 14, 1979. He was the second child and first son of Daniel
and Elaine Bump. From a young age, Lester lived life to the fullest, leaving a lasting impression
on those he knew.

Lester grew up in Colorado and Nebraska and graduated from high school at Penn View
Christian Academy, Penns Creek, PA. He received a BA Degree in Music Education from Hobe
Sound Bible College in 2005. Lester was a man of many talents. He was a wonderful musician
and was also a teacher for nearly five years. In addition, Lester was a superb craftsman and
acquired many years of experience in the construction field. In 2015, he and his wife started a
construction business, Next Level Carpentry, LLC, and his skills as a contractor were a blessing
to many in the community.

Lester is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lester and Helen Bump, and his
maternal grandparents, Reverend William "Byron" and Lois Stevenson.
He is survived by his dear wife, Kristin (Brown) Bump, his four precious daughters, Alaina,
Briella, Christina, and Daniella. He is also survived by his parents Daniel
and Elaine Bump, brothers Charles (Jody) Bump and Stephen (Caitlin) Bump and his sister
Sharon (Dana) Price, as well as countless friends and relatives, many of whom regard Lester as
as much of a brother to them as any of their own.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019. A memorial service will
follow at 5:00 p.m. Both the visitation and memorial services will be at Palm City New Hope

Due to Lester's love for the Lord and his church, in lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made
to Palm City New Hope Fellowship Building Fund.
