Lily-Scott Formato, 73, of Stuart, Florida, passed away Friday, September 25, 2015, at the Stuart Nursing and Restorative Care Center in Stuart.
Born in Bronxville, New York, she had been a resident of Stuart for several years prior her death.
She earned her Masters Degree in Midwifery and taught in several Universities, however her true love was assisting with the delivery of newborns.
She is survived by her sister, Leslie F. Sobota, of Racine Wisconsin.
Services and Interment will take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, New York at the convenience of the family.
