CWO4 Llewellyn F. "Skip" Bailey III (ret)

Skip, 64, passed away November 15, 2018 at his home "Lasata" in Palm City, Florida with his wife by his side. He was born in Orlando Florida on July 25th 1954.  He is the loving son of the late Llewellyn F. Bailey II and Donna Bailey.

He faithfully served our country for 31 years in the United States Navy.  During his Military career he traveled to many countries around the world. He also served in Desert Storm.

After retiring from the Navy, Skip worked as a Loss Prevention Manager for Sears for 10 years.

Skip was a loving husband to his wife Sally for 23 years.  He was a devoted father to his sons Llewellyn F. (Buddy) Bailey, IV (Amy) and Joshua Bailey of Jacksonville FL and daughter Beth Bonsall of Sarasot a Florida. He has two grandsons and three granddaughters. He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Waldren (Bill) and brother, Michael Bailey (Ramona), all of Florida.  He has many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Skip fought a courageous battle with Glioblastoma for two years..

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
