Lloyd Malanowski passed away March 2, 2022 at age 59.
He was born July 5, 1962 to parents Edna and Bernard Malanowski and grew up in Millington, New Jersey. He attended St. Vincent DePaul Catholic School in Stirling where he enjoyed playing basketball.
On Sundays, he spent his time as an altar server for St Vincent DePaul Church. After attending Oratory High School in Summit, then Watchung Hills Regional High School in Warren, he left New Jersey to join the Navy. After the Navy, he worked in construction with his older brother Wayne in Florida. He did his best work as a steel worker all over Florida, also traveling to Belize and Panama for work, and teaching himself the local language while he was there. He resided in Florida for over 40 years and came to consider it his home.He spent his later years as a skilled carpenter working odd jobs to save the majority of his time for the thing he loved most - fishing.
He is preceded in death by parents Edna and Bernard, oldest siblings Elise and Bruce, and beloved dog Buddies.
He leaves behind four siblings Wayne, Roxane, Brenda, and Don, daughter Rachel, two grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
