Lorraine was a retired Sergeant in the New York City Police Department and after her retirement worked for New York Life Insurance Company. She also served as President of the Republican Club of Martin County and in addition was 1 ^st Vice president of the International Police Association.

Lorraine is survived by her three sisters, Geraldine DiGiorgio; Terri-Ann Copozzi; and Paula Melo.

She was a wonderful aunt to nephews Joseph and Salvatore DiGiorgio, Alex DiGirolamo and niece Alea DiGirolamo.

She was loved by many friends.
