IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Lucinda Kay
"Cyndy" Long
April 9, 1963 – October 31, 2023
"But as for me, I will hope continually, And I will praise You yet more and more" - Psalm 71:14.
Lucinda Kay Long (Cyndy), age 60, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. And Psalm 71:14 was the verse she clung to. She even made an acronym out of the word "hope", His Overwhelming Provision Everyday. We know she is happy with Him as it was her desire to be with Him. We miss her so much. She was mother, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, co-worker, sister in Christ, friend. Cyndy poured herself into people's lives, many times at personal cost. She had a huge heart, even traveling out of the country to help people and spread the gospel. Her relationship with Christ was raw and real. Cyndy is survived by Craig (stepfather) and Lorrie Castle (mother), brothers Ike Dent (Debbie) and Steven Dent (Susan) and sister Beth Dent, sons Michael Masi (grandsons Landon and Zach) and Joshua Masi (Jessica), and numerous nieces and nephews and their children. She is also survived by the many brothers and sisters in Christ that she had along the way who will one day be with her in heaven. A private celebration of life was held for Cyndy on Monday, November 6, 2023, with her ashes being spread in a place special to her. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to ourmissionispossible.org, per her request.
