Margaret R. Westfall, 79, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, died suddenly Thursday, April 23, 2014 at her home.
Born in Grove City, Pennsylvania, she had been a resident of Port Saint Lucie for 15 years, coming from Atlanta, Georgia.
She was a member of The Episcopal Church of the Nativity in Port Saint Lucie, where she was also a member of the Daughters of the King, Saint Lucia Chapter of the Church.
Prior to retirement, she was employed as a Customer Service Representative at Cotton States Insurance in Atlanta, for 25 years. She attended Flower-5th Avenue Hospital School of Nursing in New York City.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Richard A. Westfall, of Port Saint Lucie; one daughter, Juliet Tate, of Franklin, Georgia; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Juliet Rankin, her brothers, Jim and John Rankin, Jr., and her parents, Grace and John Rankin.
A Memorial Service will held at the Episcopal Church of the Nativity, 1151 SW Del Rio Boulevard, Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34953 on ______________ at _______.
Inurnment will be at Saint Martin in the Fields Episcopal Church in Atlanta at a later date.
