Margery Ann Meyer, 75 of Stuart, Florida, passed away Friday, April 8, 2016 at her home.

Born in New Haven, Connecticut, she had been a Florida resident since 1998, the last six years residing in Stuart.

In her earlier years, she was the owner /operator of the Ridgewood Nursery in Hamden, Connecticut. After moving to Florida, she enjoyed her position as a Teacher's Aide, helping Autistic Children at the Allamanda Elementary School in Palm Beach Gardens.

Margery attended the First United Methodist Church of Stuart.

She is survived by her beloved husband of ten years, Vince Meyer, Sr., of Stuart; two sons, John Busca, Jr. and his wife, Katherine of Medford, New Jersey, and Sean Busca and his wife, Doreen of Hamden, Connecticut; one daughter, Renee O'Keefe and her husband, Larry of Northborough, Massachusetts; one brother, John Brescia and his wife, Debbie of Wilbraham, Massachusetts; and six grandchildren, Kirby, Max, and Julie Busca, Karissa, Deanna, and Victoria O'Keefe.

She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Delaney Busca and three sisters, Veda Duell, Virginia Brescia, and Ann Giles

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment under the direction of the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory of Stuart will take place at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Palm City.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests contributions as a memorial be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201SE Indian Street, Stuart, Florida 34997.
