Maria Beatriz Gonzalez, Born in Medellin, Colombia, on November 30, 1959. Daughter of Gabriela Ruiz Gonzalez and Carlos Gonzalez. Sister of Norma, Gloria, Laura, Marta Nubia, Arturo, Luz Helena, Sonia. She survived her two brothers: Pompilio and Eduardo both deceased. She has 6 cousins, and hundreds of family connections.
She completed High School as a bilingual secretary.
She arrived in New York at the age of 19 where she lived for the the next 35 years.
Maria, known mostly as Beatriz, She offered help to those in need, gratuitously. Her greatest love is her son, Matthew. Her closest friend, Patti (Patricia Bone), was more a sister to her. She participated in the 10 step program formulating many alliances and friends. She touched so many, so intimately, that we still feel her presence.
Always in her background with love and support, her brother in law, Franklin.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Grace Church, 10011 US-1, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952.
