Along with family, faith and her love of the Lord as a guiding force in Mary's life. She was a dedicated student of the Bible, studying each book, chapter, and verse. Mary also found quiet joy in country music, sewing, quilting, going for walks, and spending time with her family. Vacations were a special source of delight, teaching her children about plants and animals as they wondered together through the woods. Mary always had a kind word for everyone and never had a day without a smile.
