Michael John Frahm, 61, passed away on September 20, 2026, after living with dementia for four and a half years. He was born on September 27, 1964, in Jever, Germany.

Mike was a loyal, hardworking, kind, and compassionate man. A devoted Christian and member of the Church of Christ, he cherished time with his family and friends and especially enjoyed singing hymns.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Mike spent much of his career in construction management and land development. He believed in lifelong learning and personal growth and enjoyed Zig Ziglar’s teachings and self-improvement seminars.

Outside of work, Mike loved sailing, the theater, sunsets, and beautiful days at the beach. Music was also an important part of his life, particularly the music of Lionel Richie, Boston, and The Cars. When his children were young, he enjoyed taking the family on road trips and vacations throughout the country. He was also a familiar face on the sidelines at their lacrosse, football, and cheerleading events, always there to cheer them on and support them.

Mike is survived by his wife, Addie Frahm; his children, Matthew Frahm and Ashley Frahm; his stepson, Michael DeSantis; his mother, Sylvia Frahm; his sister, Pamela Lauver and her husband, David; and his brother, Eric Frahm. He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Frahm.
