Michael F. Ward, 71, passed away on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 23, 2017. He was born on April 19, 1946 in Bridgeport, Connecticut but spent much of his early years in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Florida in 1987. He served in the Army during the Vietnam Era. He was a car enthusiast his whole life. He loved drag racing and restoring old cars.
He is survived by Suzanne, the love of his life for over 48 years, Tracy Lynn, his daughter, Shawn Michael, his son, three grandchildren; Ayana, Matthew and Makayla. He also had a sister Nicolette and a brother Thomas.
Arrangements are being made thru Treasure Coast Seawinds and the VA. He will be laid to rest at South Florida National Cemetery on Tuesday.
