OBITUARY for MICHELE MORIN RINGROSE
Mrs. Michele (Annette) Morin Ringrose of Port St. Lucie, FL, born on July 9, 1948 in Manchester, NH, to Donald Alfred and Rita (Rose) Houle Morin, passed in her sleep early Sunday morning, April 8, 2018, at Treasure Coast Hospice, after a year-long battle with cancer. Growing up, Michele attended Villa Augustina School in Goffstown, NH and Manchester West High School. Michele graduated from the University of New Hampshire earning a BA in Political Science. She continued her education and earned an MA degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern Maine. At UNH she met and married Richard Bruce Ringrose of Durham, NH at St. Edmund Parish Church in 1969.
Michele completed a successful career in the membership association industry as a Manager of Standards Development for the American Institute for Aeronautics and Astronautics, and as the North American Director for the National Association of Finite Element Modeling and Simulation; retiring in 2014. Both organizations are international membership associations and provided her with many opportunities to travel and attend conferences in Europe and China.
She was preceded in death by her mother Rita and sister Patricia Morin Smith. Michele is survived by husband Bruce, her sons Jeffrey David of Brooklyn, NY and Benjamin William of Colorado Springs, CO, her sister Joan Morin Manning of Manchester, NH, and father Donald, also of Manchester, NH.
The funeral home is Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, FL. The ceremony will be private. Friends of Bruce and Michele may offer condolences on the Seawinds guest book website ( www.treasurecoastseawinds.com ). In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Treasure Coast Hospice ( www.treasurehealth.com ) of Fort Pierce, FL.
